The Talent House building offers a wide range of space rental possibilities. From work rooms to the possibility of renting space for the organisation of external events.
These spaces are aimed at activities related to innovation, knowledge, science and technology.

CONFERENCE ROOM
With capacity for 80 attendees and a wide range of audio-visual services for meetings and conferences.
EKIN+ WORK ROOM
A large work room with capacity for 20 attendees and equipped with audio-visual elements.
MEETING ROOM
A room in which to work and hold videoconferences, and a support space for holding events.
LARGE MULTI-PURPOSE ROOM
A large room with capacity for 20 people with audio-visual equipment that complements other spaces.
COMPLEMENTARY SPACES
Spaces for relaxed atmospheres and more informal moments or sessions.
TERRACE
The building has a large terrace with what is probably one of the most beautiful views of the city.
