Los pasos a seguir para reservar alojamiento en el edificio Talent House son los siguientes.
1. Complete and submit the booking form
Request your space by sending the completed booking form to Talent House at fomentoss@donostia.eus. The data collected in this form will be of a contractual nature.
For each application, Talent House will verify the applicant's details with the person responsible for the R&D&I centre of reference in San Sebastian. We will try to review the application and reply as quickly as possible.
2. Confirm the reservation
As soon as we check that you meet the access requirements according to the conditions of access to the accommodation services, you will receive a confirmation of acceptance of the application.
To guarantee your reservation, you must submit the following documents within a maximum of 10 days from the notification of acceptance:
- Photocopy of ID card, NIE or passport.
- Proof of payment of the guarantee deposit or deposit, as indicated by Talent House.
- Account number for payment of rent (only for national accounts).
- If the holder has an employment contract with the local R+D+i Centre: indicate the start and end date of the employment contract.
- If the holder will be a visitor and is invited by the local R+D+i Centre: certificate from the R+D+i Centre with dates of arrival and departure.
With the confirmation, we will indicate a deadline for the payment of the deposit. You must meet this deadline by sending the proof of payment of the deposit.
The reservation will be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation conditions for reservations of the space in the event of failure to meet the deadlines indicated. In this case, you will have to repeat the process from the beginning in order to be able to reserve the space.
3. Formalisation of the rental contract
Once the reservation has been accepted, we will send you a copy of the rental contract. You should check to confirm the contents of the contract before signing it. The rental contract will be signed on arrival at the building.
4. Give notice of entry to the accommodation
For a better organization and a better service, it will be necessary that you let us know the day and approximate time of arrival at the building.
Concierge opening hours
- From Monday to Friday: 9:30 - 13:30.
- Saturdays, Sundays: 9:30 - 12:30.
- Holidays: no service.
