1. Complete and submit the reservation form
Request your room by sending us the completed reservation form to fomentoss@donostia.eus. The data collected in this form will have contractual character.
We will analyse whether your event is aligned with the objectives of Talent House and with the strategic lines of Fomento San Sebastián. We will review and reply to your request as soon as possible.
2. Confirm the reservation
If your request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation as well as a personalized quotation adapted to the needs of your organization.
To guarantee your reservation, you must send, within a maximum period of 10 days from the confirmation, the following documentation:
- Sealed and signed quotation. This indicates that you accept the quotation.
- Payment justification. 15% of the approved quotation.
- Invoicing data of the reservation. CIF + Company name + Company address + Cta/Cte + Email.
In case of failure to comply with the indicated deadlines, the booking will be cancelled. In this case, you will have to repeat the process from the beginning to make a new booking.
Once the reservation has been accepted, you can visit, by appointment, the rooms you have requested.
