The Talent House building offers a wide range of space rental possibilities. From work rooms, special videoconference rooms, complementary spaces with other more informal formats and the possibility of holding and organising events.

The building

The Talent House building has been built by Fomento San Sebastián with the aim of facilitating the arrival of high-level researchers who come to our city for the first time to carry out research work in one of the local R&D&I agents.
