SERVICES INCLUDED
- Technical staff assistance
- Integrated public address system (two fixed microphones in presidency 1 wireless, sound control, sound system and room control).
- Viewing of presentations through the room's presentation PC or the client's laptop, document viewer, back touch screen (340 x192), 50" plasma screen with touch frame.
- ADSL and WIFI connectivity.
- 3 parking spaces (if available).
- Possibility of using the terrace and/or meeting point for catering.
- RENTAL AND PRICE
The Talent House conference room can only be rented for a full or half day. Any time exceeding both modalities will be invoiced by the hour.
The rental times include the entire duration of the event, from the preparations to the closing of the event (departure of attendees, external contracting, and organisation, etc.).
A supplement will be applied to the invoice for the time exceeding the accepted budget.
- Full day: maximum 8 hours - 960€ (VAT not included)
- Half day: maximum 6 hours - 710€ (VAT not included)
The opening hours of the Talent House event will be from 08:30 to 20:00. For other times please consult us.
Special set-ups on weekends and public holidays
If special set-ups are required at the venues and/or on weekends and public holidays, the following supplements for operational assistance (set-up and concierge) will be applied:
- Full day 160€/hour (VAT not included).
- Half day 120€/hour (VAT not included)
- Hourly rate 30€/hour (VAT not included)
Cancellation
If the booking is cancelled after the deposit has been paid, the refund will be as follows:
- Cancellation less than 15 days before the date of the event. 0€.
- Cancellation between 16 and 30 days before the date of the event. 50% of the deposit.

With the rental of the conference room, you can request:

PRICE
- Terrace - 250€/h (VAT not included)
- Meeting point (café area) - 185 €/h (VAT not included)

The conference room is equipped with the following additional technical services:
- Recording of the event on DVD via 3 cameras with positional control and zoom.
- Simultaneous translation with approved booth, 8-channel booth equipment, digital suitcase with 56 receivers.
- Videoconference system with multipoint connection capacity (transmitter + 3 receivers).
