For long stays (between 1 and 12 months), the billing amounts in the month of entry and exit of the building will be:
- ENTRANCE to the Talent House building. From the 1st to the 15th of the month. Full month.
- ENTRANCE to the Talent House building. From the 16th to the last day of the month. Half month.
- DEPARTURE at the Talent House building. From the 1st to the 15th of the month. Half month.
- DEPARTURE at the Talent House building. From the 16th to the last day of the month. Full month.
The date to be considered for the invoicing of the first and last month will be the date marked on the rental contract and in accordance with the table above, even if the resident enters the building after that date. The rent for the rest of the months will be calculated according to calendar months.
It is not possible to occupy the building prior to the date indicated in the rental contract. The prices indicated are inclusive of VAT at 10%.
The consumption costs have a fixed cost (subscription fees, service, maintenance and taxes for electricity, water, rubbish, and heating) and a variable cost depending on the consumption of each resident. The estimate for the fixed monthly cost per flat is approximately 50€ (VAT not included).

Talent House has 80 flats of different types and common spaces for researchers and their families to have a first accommodation in the city.
Talent House flats are modern, comfortable, and practical. They have been designed with different types of families in mind, offering a cosy home from the first day, whether for families, couples, or individuals. We also have flats adapted for people with disabilities.
Talent House has different common spaces that add a plus to the stay in the building and allow the development of activities and uses that improve your integration in the city. All of them with restricted access and subject to a specific timetable and other Talent House activities.

- DEPOSIT
Before signing the rental contract and entering the Talent House building, it will be necessary to pay a deposit.
The deposit will depend on the length of stay in the building:
- ½ month (2 weeks). Amount of rent (1 month).
- 1 month. Amount of rent (1 month and ½).
- From 1 month (up to 12 months). 2 months’ rent.
If the reservation is cancelled once the deposit has been paid, the refund will be as follows:
- 15 days before the arrival date. 0€.
- Between 16 and 30 days before the arrival date. 75% of the deposit.
- 31 days before the arrival date. 100% of the deposit.
- PARKING
You can request to reserve a parking space next to your flat. The Talent House building has the possibility of renting a closed parking space on floor -1 for both four-wheeled and two-wheeled vehicles (bicycles and motorbikes).

* The formalisation of the rental of the parking spaces will be made by means of an annex to the rental contract of the accommodation. Invoicing will be treated in the same way as the check-in and check-out table.
